
Seed named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2026
We're proud to share that Seed has been named one of Campaign's Best Places to Work 2026, ranking #18 in the UK and securing a place among the top 100 workplaces across the advertising, marketing and creative industries.
The annual ranking, produced by Campaign in partnership with Connor Broadley Benefits Consulting, celebrates organisations and their employees who demonstrate a genuine commitment to creating exceptional workplace cultures.
This recognition means a great deal to us because it reflects the experience of the people who make Seed what it is. We've always believed that great work starts with great people, and building an environment where our team can thrive has been a priority from day one.
The Best Places to Work programme is open to organisations across the advertising and marketing landscape, including creative, media, digital, design, production and PR agencies, as well as brand marketing teams and adtech businesses.
Entries are assessed through a rigorous two-stage process conducted by Workforce Research Group. Employers are evaluated on their benefits, policies and workplace practices, while employees complete a confidential survey measuring their experience of the company's culture.
Being recognised among some of the industry's leading businesses is an achievement we're incredibly proud of, but more importantly, it's a reflection of the talented, ambitious and supportive team that continues to shape Seed every day.
