Seed’s birth was an accident, a very happy one!
We discovered how to excite and engage the nation’s students whilst running the UK’s first ever student music festival – ‘Beach Break Live’. We had 20,000 tickets, headliners Mark Ronson and Ellie Goulding and a festival experience like no other to sell. Not having the deep pockets of the major festivals, we had to get resourceful! So we created a community of Student Influencers to get the word out at over 150 campuses nationwide.
Our big brand sponsors saw the incredible results we were getting and it wasn’t long before they were asking how they too could speak to this audience beyond the beach.
So, in 2012 Seed was born with the ambition to take student marketing to the next level. And that’s what we’ve done ever since!

Founder + CEO
Celia founded Seed in 2011 when she discovered the value of students in marketing brands. She now brings her unique creative vision and strategy to all of Seed's campaigns, jumping on board with a range of clients.
Celia loves live music, exotic getaways and her newborn baby Finn.
One of Seed's founding members, Flick has over 10 years of experience in student marketing and events, previously founding a student staffing agency as well as managing a 20,000 capacity, award-winning student music festival.
When she isn't heading up the agency's biggest projects, Flick can ususally be found somewhere in the Somerset coutryside, preferably with a cider in hand.
A founding member of Seed, Joe designs and leads creative and executional strategy for Amazon, Soap & Glory, and VOXI, to name a few. He brings his expertise from working with Coca Cola and Breast Cancer Care in the past.
His love of glitter beards and talking more with his arms than his mouth helps add some real personality to the business. Just be careful not to stand too close...
Jonathan oversees the creative direction and output of the agency. Believing the most exciting creativity comes from young talent he ensures Seed continues to be a home for creative people and clients, is culturally connected and always collaborative.
He likes records, raving and having things in neat rows. Jonathan is also Founder of Campaign’s brand experience agency of the year Amplify.
With a bank of practical knowledge and a vast skillset from producing experiential events for brands such as Nike and Diageo, Jen oversees a multitude of our client accounts. She brings her eagle eye for precision and perfect execution to all her work.
Jen is also known for her ability to throw a great party, make the perfect espresso martini, and thinks spreadsheets are pretty cool.
After spending several years living and working in the Middle East and Holland, Olly thought it was about time to get closer to his kids’ grandparents and move back to the UK. With a pure experiential background Olly has worked on brands like PlayStation, Aperol Spritz, Virgin Galactic and the Powerpuff Girls!
When not being the funniest dad in evolutionary history Olly can be found arranging his Fabric CDs in numerical order and watching very low-budget British gangster films.
Luisa spent years managing high profile sports and entertainment sponsorship events in the UK and overseas for a range of clients including Cirque du Soleil, NBA & NFL. She now brings her flair for ideation and brilliant execution to Seed's beauty & FMCG clients.
A real waterbaby, Luisa is never happier than being on a board, kite surfing along The South Coast or North Welsh beaches.
Kate has delivered many high profile integrated experiential campaigns with Tech, FMGG and Alcohol clients in New Zealand. Bringing her global knowledge to the team, she now heads up the Amazon UK account.
As Seed's favourite Kiwi, Kate spends her weekends city-hopping in Europe and is verging on having an unhealthy relationship with her gym!
Brook started out in FMCG & retail, managing large scale brand ambassador programmes for a wide range of brands, before moving into the world of brand experience and content marketing. She's delivered live events in places ranging from UK festivals to the business district of Amsterdam, and she's now bringing her creative excellence to the Tinder UK account. When not working, Brook is most likely to be gracing a dance floor somewhere in East London or stalking her musical hero Gilles Peterson.

Vicky joined the team having studied with the industry acclaimed Bournemouth University Events department. Vicky is an events guru, adding military execution and creative flair in equal measure to any event under her remit.
She is Seed's Queen of organised fun, and loves all things Disney.
Snr Account Manager
Amelia joined Seed following her heavy involvement in snow sports societies at university and solid experience working at Red Bull. She brings her brilliant creative edge and excellent level of organisation to the Amazon account, working across multiple European territories.
Our Netballing champ still loves to hit the slopes at every opportunity she gets, when she isn't exploring new places or getting glittery at festivals.

Linda has brought her expertise in delivering multi-channel media marketing campaigns to a global audience. Using her in-depth knowledge on international markets, she works with our partner agencies and the client team to deliver relevant and market-specific campaigns.
She loves yoga, herbal tea and cheese (preferably melted)!

Shauna joined Seed from an experiential and PR background managing high profile campaigns for Haagen-Dazs, Virgin Active and Warner Bros to name but a few. Shauna’s currently driving Amazon’s international student campaigns forward across Europe and beyond.
When not flying all over the world Shauna loves brunching, beauty, and believes heels are a necessity at all times.

Bringing her experience in creating brand experiences all over the globe for clients such as Facebook, PUMA and Nike, Holly now helps take campaigns for Seed's beauty & fashion brands to the next level.
She's a die-hard fashion follower, skier and all round tennis lover - all of which are enjoyed with a prosecco in hand!
As one of our star Student Brand Ambassadors whilst at university, Will was immediately snapped up by Seed as soon as he graduated. He now brings his military organisational skills and knack for making the impossible possible to the Amazon account, managing the huge network of SBAs across the country.
With a degree in Business Management and Spanish, Alessia began her career in traditional advertising. Discovering that her passion lay in bringing campaigns to life, she transitioned into Experiential Marketing. Alessia has planned and executed some of the most exciting campaigns in the UK including the infamous Magnum Pleasure store in London.
When not bringing brands to life Alessia can be found on the netball court or planning her next travel adventure.
Tim joined the team with a background as an Experiential Marketing Manager for a dating app. He launched their brand ambassador programme and brought the brand to life across parties, events and festivals! With a degree in Fine Art, Tim loves thinking of new creative ideas to bring his art degree into marketing. When he’s not traveling the world, Tim can be found cooking, brunching or watching RuPaul's Drag Race.
Having loved her time as a Spotify Student Brand Ambassador so much, Kristen jumped at the opportunity to join the Seed team full time as an Account Executive. She has a passion for creativity and is well known for her love of gigs and live events.
Kristen can always be seen smiling whenever a dog is around (which is good as we have two in the office).
Being one of our fantastic Student Brand Ambassadors whilst at University, Jessica was immediately snapped up into Seed’s Graduate Scheme and has joined the team as one of our latest Account Executives. At her time at Seed, she has worked on countless new pitches and supported a variety of campaigns such as Soap and Glory, Pot Noodle, Bacardi and Yahoo.
Despite her legal background Jessica has a passion for art, theatre, and is a part of a wide creative network.
Being a star SBA for Just Eat, Spotify and Adobe whilst at University, it was a no brainer for Joe to join Seed full time after he graduated. Joe applies his creative flair and analytical brain to the Amazon account, championing it's success across the UK.
A music fanatic, Joe has a unique skill in that he can sing in Spanish, Portuguese, French and Korean - the only problem is he doesn't actually know what he is saying!
After being an SBA for Budweiser for two years whilst at university in Edinburgh, Rachael got a taste of working within the student marketing industry and jumped at the chance to work with Seed. This wasn't before her two year break where she lived, worked & travelled her way around New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia.
She still has a passion for travelling, adventure and the outdoors, with a personal goal to explore as much of the world as she can.
Sam joined Seed fresh out of university after having worked in the world of whisky and gin, where his love for alcohol brands began. Prior to that he studied and lived in Australia for three years before moving back to pursue life in London. Sam brings his great people skills and attention to detail to the Amazon account, helping manage a huge network of Student Brand Ambassadors.
Outside of work, Sam can be found chasing DJs at some of Europe’s biggest music festivals, all done with a drink in hand.
After living in France for a year and learning the language, Caitlin turned to studying Advertising at Bournemouth University and has loved it ever since. She applied for Seed after spending her second year of University as a fabulous Soap and Glory SBA. She's now working on the Tinder team to help smash the SBA campaign!
Everyone knows Caitlin loves all things dance and musicals. She's always up for a London show visit whenever anyone wants to join her!
Claudia studies Marketing Communications from the industry acclaimed Bournemouth University. With a keen eye for detail, she was snapped up by the Amazon Tour Team to help co-manage in the logistics of the one hundred University tour and now supports in the management of Student Brand Ambassadors. She has brought her Sicilian spark to Seed Marketing with her fashion forwards OOTDs and fantastic cocktail skills. Forever living the vibes, Claudia is known for jet-setting across Europe to festivals throughout the year, catching waves and the best tan.
While here on his placement year from Bournemouth University, Hugh is hard at work smashing out campaign targets and coming up with new and innovative ideas each week to help incentivise and motivate our Student Brand Ambassadors to work to their best potential.
Outside the office, Hugh enjoys playing rugby and supporting his favourite football team.
Born in Italy and raised in France, Juliette has taken on her next adventure to study Management and Marketing at the University of Bath. She has now opted for the busy streets of Soho and the creative bubble of Seed Marketing as her latest quest.
When she’s not pouring her creativity into the Amazon dream team, Juliette can be found at the front of a techno club living her best life, on any day of the week.
Studying Marketing at Bournemouth University, Upi is currently on her placement year here at Seed. She applies her hunger for success and positive attitude to the likes of Art Fund , Yahoo and Adobe.
Outside of work, Upi is driven by wanderlust, wanting to explore as many countries as she can - all with a camera in her hand.
Harnessing her 10+ years experience working for global brands such as Puma and Lacoste in Product Management and Marketing, Kate is Seed's office boss. Her role extends from organising, planning and budgeting, to looking after everyone's well-being.
She loves nature, vegetables and spreadsheets.

Joker loves snazzy outfits, mini tennis balls, sleeping in the sunshine and snacks. He’s a part timer in the office but LOVES being a part of team Seed!
