I founded Seed in 2012 with the mission to take student marketing to the next level. The award winning global agency is now firmly established as having achieved exactly that! With a deep passion for the student audience, I enjoy nothing more than landing the big idea that really connects and delivers.
I love adventures, weird fitness classes and my newborn baby Fin!
I lead an exceptionally passionate and ambitious team, driving our culture of executional excellence and always going the extra mile for our clients. I combine my unwavering positivity and warmth, with an unparalleled knowledge of the student audience.
My love for glitter beards and talking more with my arms than my mouth helps add some real personality to the business. Just be careful not to stand too close.....
I oversee the creative direction and output of the agency. Believing the most exciting creativity comes from young talent, I ensure Seed continues to be a home for creative people and clients, is culturally connected and always collaborative.
I like records, raving and having things in neat rows. I am also Founder of Campaign’s brand experience agency of the year Amplify.
With a bank of practical knowledge and a vast skillset from producing experiential events for brands such as Nike and Diageo, I oversee a multitude of our client accounts. I bring my eagle eye for precision and perfect execution to all my work.
I am also known for my ability to throw a great party, make the perfect espresso martini, and I think spreadsheets are pretty cool.
I have delivered many high profile integrated experiential campaigns with Tech, FMGG and Alcohol clients in New Zealand. Bringing my global knowledge to the team, I now head up the Amazon UK account.
As Seed's favourite Kiwi, I spend my weekends city-hopping in Europe and am verging on having an unhealthy relationship with my gym!
I am Seed's strategy lead, strengthening the team's vast knowledge and expertise with audience first, culturally rooted insights and creative propositions. With a variety of experience, I have been lead strategist for clients such as Huawei, Diageo, YouTube, LEGO and Spotify.
I’m Joel, a 360º Creative Director with a squiggly timeline of experience tied together with a passion for youth culture. Tackling all things creative, my role at Seed is to ensure our projects are inventive, engaging and culturally in tune.
Outside of working hours you can find me running, buying records, trying to coax a number one hit from my synthesizers and occasionally drinking natural wine.
HEAD OF LIVE
Hey, I'm Faye, Head of Live at Seed, joining a few months ago to build and grow the Live department.
The live team runs campaigns from concept to delivery from festival activations, acquisition campaigns and fame-driving stunts. We work closely with Amazon and deliver projects year on year both in the UK and across 5 EU markets.
Spending my early career at Cola Cola working at the Ryder Cup and Olympic games cemented my love for live experiences. On both client and agency side I have been lucky enough to be part of some epic brand campaigns for Adidas, Beats by Dre, Carlsberg, Tag Heuer, Kylie Jenner.... the list goes on.
Outside of Seed, I'm an active mum of one and spend weekends with family out in the country, mainly seeking out walking routes to good pubs.
HEAD OF SOCIAL
I joined Seed after 11 years of working in Social Media - I started very young - as Head of Social. Over the years I have had the great pleasure of working on some brilliant campaigns with household name brands such as YouTube, Sky, Nike and Gillette whilst having the chance to visit some of the world's most incredible cities: Barcelona, Istanbul, New York and Burnley.
Outside of work, a friend and I have a YouTube channel reviewing London restaurants which brings me great joy even if it has been a little neglected this Summer. I also have a second job as a chauffeur on the weekends, taking my daughter from one child's party to another child's party.
People & Culture Manager
I spent 10 years working in sports footwear for global brands such as Puma and Lacoste. My roles included trend research, product management and marketing which were all really fun and engaging but I always felt more interested in the people over product.
I've found my calling at Seed and act as a mentor for the team as well as look after all the recruitment and people operations.
I love nature, raves, dogs and I collect fake fruit and vegetables.
I joined Seed with over 8 years Experiential experience, working with some of the largest Tech and FMCG clients.
I now work on our Amazon account, overseeing all 5 European markets.
When I'm not seeking out the next best bottomless brunch location, I can be found burning off all those extra Prosecco calories in the gym.
I've joined Seed from a media agency background, with experience in planning and executing integrated partnership campaigns across large telecom, FMCG, automotive, and entertainment brands.
When not working, I can be found discussing all things pop culture and planning my next weekend away.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
I was first introduced to Seed as a Bumble SBA which was a fun fuelled (and very yellow!) addition to my university life. In a full circle moment I now work on the Bumble account at Seed. Initially starting in the pandemic, I joined the team helping to deliver influencer and digital first led campaigns working across fashion, beauty, health and travel.
Navigating the post pandemic student and youth landscape I hit the ground running with multiple freshers tours and a series of live events and campus activations since.
I am a history of art graduate from York where I was a recipient of the Campden, York and academic bursary scholarships. Before transitioning to Seed, I worked in the public and commercial art sectors across a series of multi-sensory exhibits pushing the boundaries between visual and experience.
Out of work you'll find me in West London probably picking up a new hobby - crocheting, cycling, hula hooping you name it. If not, I'll likely be wild water swimming.... talking about wild water swimming or on the dancefloor with earplugs in place!
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Out of hours, you’ll catch me running back to Brighton for a beer with friends and attempting to figure out the London tube line, or finding my inner writer with the poetry community online.
Hi! I'm Shorayi, a recent Fashion Promotion Graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University, where I was able to learn a wide range of skills - from branding/digital communications to styling and creative direction.
