The Role

As an Event Producer at Seed, you’ll lead the production of culturally relevant, youth-focused brand experiences across the UK and Europe. From concept through to delivery, you’ll bring campaigns to life on time, on budget, and to a best-in-class standard.

Working closely with our creative, strategy, and account teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering unforgettable moments that connect brands to real communities. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires problem-solving instincts, calm under pressure, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​​Lead the full production lifecycle of a brand activations, from pre-production to live delivery
  • Manage timelines, logistics, build schedules, H&S documents, and on-site staffing
  • Oversee supplier procurement, negotiations, and delivery of all production elements
  • Work closely with creative and account teams to complete deliverables to a high standard
  • Ensure all activations comply with venue requirements, permits, and safety protocols
  • Act as the on-site lead during builds, live days, and de-rigs
  • Manage project budgets, raise POs, and track spend across all production elements
  • Support client comms with clear and regular updates, and act as a trusted point of contact

About You

  • 5+ years in live event production, with experience at a festival or outdoor brand activation preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex builds and working with multiple suppliers and stakeholders
  • Cool-headed, solutions-focused, and able to pivot quickly in a live environment
  • Highly organised, detail-orientated, and confident working autonomously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both with clients and suppliers
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight stays during festivals

  • Hybrid Working - WFH Mon + Fri/ Office Tues, Wed + Thurs
  • 24 Days Holiday (Pro-Rata)
