The Role
We are seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with a passion for crafting compelling visual narratives across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who employs a multi-disciplinary approach and has experience in both brand & campaign design and experiential activations. You will play a key role in bringing concepts to life, working closely with our creative and strategy teams, account managers, and production teams to deliver innovative and impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Campaign Design & Identity: Develop visually stunning designs that align with client brand identity, campaign goals, and strategic direction. You’ll be well versed in working with a diverse range of brands and their guidelines to deliver assets for use across digital, print, and social campaigns, ensuring consistency and innovation across all material.
- Experiential Activations: Collaborate with the team to create engaging, memorable experiences for live events, pop-up activations, and brand experiences. Your designs will help bring experiential concepts to life in a way that resonates with target audiences.
- Creative Concepting: Actively participation in the generation of creative ideas and solutions that both meet client objectives and are industry leading.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, creative directors, account managers and producers to bring ideas from concept to completion. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Visual Design Excellence: Create a variety of high-quality design assets, including but not limited to digital assets, print and packaging, and set build.
- Adaptability & Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of your work. Ability to work to the needs (and sometimes short lead times) of the industry where necessary.
- Seed Brand: Support in developing and upholding Seed’s own brand identity across all channels of marketing..
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house team.
Proven experience in both brand design and experiential activations (events, pop-ups, activations).
Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of campaign work, digital, print, and experiential use. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Understanding of design principles across various mediums, including digital and physical spaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A keen understanding of current design trends, industry innovations, and user experience best practices.
- Understanding of print requirements across multiple mediums and artworking techniques.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of 3D design, motion graphics, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Experience with UI/UX design, figma or web design is a plus.

Day to Day:
- Create visually impactful graphic identities and 2D designs that answer client briefs.
- Contribute to pitch work - craft compelling decks with strong visual storytelling, bringing innovative ideas to life, visuals.
- Ensure creative consistency and quality control, both for our clients and internally.
- Contribute to projects from pitch to execution. Develop design implementation through to creative rollout, print production and final delivery.
- Collaborate across all departments. Work closely with account management, production, and strategy.
- Stay plugged into youth culture. Keep campaign designs fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Manage multiple projects effectively. Maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Ensure ideas are activation-ready. Show how concepts translate across multiple channels.
