BECOME AN MLB60 CAPTAIN:
Would you like the chance to represent and help grow Major League Baseball’s new sport, MLB60, at your University?
Major League Baseball is on the search for well-connected and influential students that are not afraid of pushing boundaries, passionate about sport and building communities on campus. As your university’s MLB60 Captain, you will help drive awareness of MLB60 at your university across the academic year by hosting MLB60 games and socials on-campus, showcasing how MLB60 does it different.
As part of the MLB60 team, you will be given the opportunity to lead game-play logistics and spice up your CV with invaluable career skills; plus MLB60 will even fund your post-game socials so that you can enjoy music, food and drinks with your friends. You will also be responsible for leading the social media platforms, creating exciting and engaging on-trend content.
To kick things off, MLB60 will take you to the ultimate training day at Home Run House in London! Can you think of a better role to give your year a ‘Home Run’ experience?
Representing Major League Baseball and MLB60 on & off-campus
Hosting vibrant taster sessions and MLB60 events on campus, amplifying each game with spirited post-game socials afterwards
Working closely with your other captain to increase attendance at all MLB60 games and events
Engaging first year students at your Freshers’ Fair, focusing on acquiring student sign ups for taster sessions
Growing participation at your university and leading fun & social games

The best of the best SBAs will get the opportunity to interview for internships/graduate scheme roles with Seed Marketing and other Seed clients
After submitting your online application, you may be invited to a phone interview with one of the Seed team. Following this, you will be invited to a short video interview, before we announce the successful applicants.
The campaign will run for the duration of term 1 (8 weeks), with the plan to extend your role on to term 2 & 3 of your year.
Full training day details will be confirmed upon accepting the role, but all successful applicants must be available to attend the MLB60 Training Day and Freshers Fair.
